On July 21, 2025, College Is Real is holding two events: our Golf Tournament (daytime), and Gala (evening).

Join us for one and/or both events, and help celebrate CIR's 20th anniversary as we continue supporting students in Richmond, CA make their college dreams come true, and CIR in achieving its mission of CHANGING THE COLLEGE-GOING CULTURE IN RICHMOND.

ABOUT THE EVENTS:

GOLF TOURNAMENT:

Golfers will enjoy 18 holes on Round Hill's championship par-72 course, followed by a cocktail reception.  Golfers are also invited to attend the evening's Gala event (separate admission required).

Tropical attire is encouraged for golf and the Gala (Please note: men need to wear a collared shirt on the course and in the clubhouse.  Please, no shorts for the Gala).

4-5pm - GOLF RECEPTION

GALA:

Gala guests will enjoy a reception with island-inspired hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and entertainment, followed by a dinner featuring gourmet fare, wines, inspiring College Is Real student stories and an exciting live auction.  Plus more special surprises as we celebrate our 20th year helping students make their college dreams a reality.

Tropical attire encouraged.
